2. Selectmen to vote to hold a Special Town Meeting on June 26, 2010 and vote to approve and sign warrant.
3. Selectmen to vote to sign resolution authorizing the Chairman to finalize the financing of the 9-ton hydraulic excavator.
4. Selectmen to vote to increase the Off Duty Detail Rates from $33.00 to $35.00.
